HBF Run for a Reason - Event & Road Closure

Affecting staff and visitors, please note that road closures will be in place on Sunday 24 May 2026.

Staff, patients, and visitors will need to follow alternate routes to access the QEII Medical Centre during the road closure period.

The best access to/from the QEII Medical Centre during the event is via Thomas St/Winthrop Ave - these roads will be open at all times during the road closure periods. Please note, Mounts Bay Road will be closed in both directions from 4am to 1pm on the day.
